Travel Culinary Management:

When do I have to confirm the menus and the final meal counts?
Our Account Managers coordinate all details for each meal and the proposed meal menu will be provided for review 14-21 days in advance. Any requests for changes must be submitted 10 days in advance of the first meal.

All final meal counts need to be provided to your Account Manager seven (7) days in advance of the first meal. If you have any additional catering needs arise within 3 days’ notice, a rush fee charge of 20% may be applied.

What happens if I need to cancel a meal?

We understand that changes happen and you may need to cancel a meal. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must provide notice at least (7) days in advance.  We will work with you and the chefs for the best solution but a cancellation fee may apply if canceled with less than 7 days’ notice.

How do I pay for the Catering?
For the whole season/year contract, we email an invoice on a semi-monthly basis on the 1st and 15th of every month in advance for the specific Catering Services to be performed by us during the upcoming two-week period. Payment is expected within 15 days of the invoice date and can be paid with ACH or credit card.

If it just doesn't work for my team, what are my options?

To best serve the team, we require a 45-day learn-the-playbook period for all season/year-long contracts. This allows us an opportunity to get to know your team and determine menu item likes/dislikes. We also ask you to provide player feedback on all meals to ensure success. During this time, the contract can not be canceled. However, after 45 days, if you decide to cancel the contract you can do so with 30 days’ written notice.

Consistent and convenient service

Who do I work with once Pivot manages the kitchen?

You will be assigned an account manager that will work closely with you regarding all of your meals provided by the facility. This person will be your main point of contact.

When do I have to confirm the menus and the final meal counts?
Your Account Manager will coordinate all details for each meal and the proposed meal menu will be provided for review 7-14 days in advance. Any requests for changes must be submitted 5 days in advance.

All final meal counts need to be provided to your Account Manager five (5) days in advance. If you have any additional catering needs arise within 3 days’ notice, a rush fee charge of 20% may be applied.

What happens if it just doesn't work for my team?

We understand that every team and facility is unique, therefore we do have a cancellation policy if we are not the right fit for you. If after that time, you would like to end our services, we require a 90 notice of cancellation.
