Our Account Managers coordinate all details for each meal and the proposed meal menu will be provided for review 14-21 days in advance. Any requests for changes must be submitted 10 days in advance of the first meal.

All final meal counts need to be provided to your Account Manager seven (7) days in advance of the first meal. If you have any additional catering needs arise within 3 days' notice, a rush fee charge of 20% may be applied.

We understand that changes happen and you may need to cancel a meal. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must provide notice at least (7) days in advance.  We will work with you and the chefs for the best solution but a cancellation fee may apply if canceled with less than 7 days' notice.

For the whole season/year contract, we email an invoice on a semi-monthly basis on the 1st and 15th of every month in advance for the specific Catering Services to be performed by us during the upcoming two-week period. Payment is expected within 15 days of the invoice date and can be paid with ACH or credit card.

To best serve the team, we require a 45-day learn-the-playbook period for all season/year-long contracts. This allows us an opportunity to get to know your team and determine menu item likes/dislikes. We also ask you to provide player feedback on all meals to ensure success. During this time, the contract can not be canceled. However, after 45 days, if you decide to cancel the contract you can do so with 30 days' written notice.
