Meet Susan
Susan Wilcox, CEO and Founder of The Herb Box restaurants and catering as well as Pivot Culinary, was born with an extra dose of energy and ambition. She started The Herb Box catering business in 1995 to provide elevated culinary services to people across the Phoenix, Arizona. Now, 29 years later, The Herb Box is a three-tiered powerhouse that encompasses a restaurant concept with two locations, a private event facility, full-service catering, and event company.
Susan’s venture Pivot Culinary Management is more of a natural evolution of a current sector of a business The Herb Box has been working in for ten years but taking it to the next level. Professional athletes and sports organizations have been eating with The Herb Box for years, Susan created a separate company just to help feed them on or off-season at home or on the road and anywhere in the United States.
