Susan Wilcox is the CEO and Founder of The Herb Box restaurants, The Herb Box Catering and Pivot Culinary Management. She started The Herb Box as a catering business in 1995 to provide an elevated, whole foods culinary experience to Phoenix, Arizona. Now, 29 years later, The Herb Box has expanded into a three-tiered powerhouse with two restaurant locations, a private event facility, full-service catering and an event company.

In 2019, Susan founded Pivot Culinary Management to offer top-tier culinary options to professional athletes nationwide. This venture naturally evolved from over two decades of serving local professional athletes and sports teams through The Herb Box. Pivot Culinary has been meeting specific performance needs for more than 50 pro sports teams, providing whole food nutrition during off-season, at home, on the road and anywhere in the United States.
